
基隆高中九十八週年校慶盛大舉行 台灣開廣獲頒教育部銀質獎牌
基隆高中於4月26日(星期六)隆重舉辦九十八週年校慶活動,校園內彩旗飄揚,師生與各界賓客齊聚一堂,共同見證這段悠久歷史的重要時刻。今年校慶主題延續學校堅持卓越的精神,除了精彩的表演與活動之外,最令人矚目的亮點之一,便是教育部特頒「銀質獎牌」給台灣開廣股份有限公司,以表彰該公司對教育事業的持續貢獻。
此獎項乃由教育部依據《捐資教育事業獎勵辦法》所設置,旨在獎勵長期投入教育捐資與推廣工作的個人或團體。今年得獎的台灣開廣公司,便是長年支持國立基隆高中發展的重要力量。當日,台灣開廣總經理蔡晉暉先生親自代表出席校慶活動,領取由教育部頒發的銀質獎牌,場面溫馨感人。
蔡晉暉先生表示,此次領獎是為了紀念與傳承其父——已故的蔡騰龍董事長對母校的深厚情感與長年奉獻。蔡騰龍董事長為基隆中學傑出校友(國中52級、高中55級),畢業後始終心繫母校,長期提供獎助學金以鼓勵學弟妹努力向學,並多年捐贈圖書至學校圖書館,累計已超過兩千冊,對於提升校園閱讀風氣與教育資源助益良多。他的善行深受基中師生景仰,也為校友典範樹立了極佳楷模。
教育部於今年3月25日正式核定頒發此銀質獎牌,並由部長鄭英耀親自署名,肯定蔡董事長及台灣開廣公司對會務與教育推動之支持。此次在基隆高中校慶公開頒授,更具紀念意義,成為典禮中的重要時刻。
基隆高中校方也對蔡騰龍董事長生前的奉獻以及蔡晉暉先生持續支持表示最誠摯的感謝。校方表示,教育需要社會各界共同投入與關懷,蔡家父子多年如一日的支持,不僅改變了許多學生的求學之路,也為基中發展注入更多動力。

Silver Medal Awarded by Ministry of Education in Honor of Distinguished Alumnus Teng-Long Tsai
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, Keelung Senior High School held its grand 98th anniversary celebration. The campus was adorned with colorful banners as students, alumni, and honored guests gathered to commemorate this important milestone in the school's rich history. Among the many highlights of the day, one of the most significant was the presentation of a Silver Medal Award from the Ministry of Education to Taiwan K.K. Corporation, in recognition of its longstanding contributions to education.
This prestigious award, issued under the Ministry of Education's regulations for rewarding contributions to education, honors individuals or organizations that have shown exceptional commitment to supporting educational causes. This year, the award was presented to Taiwan K.K. Corporation, a company that has consistently supported Keelung Senior High School for many years. Representing the company, Anderson Tsai, President of Taiwan K.K. Corporation, attended the celebration and accepted the Silver Medal Award on behalf of his late father, Mr. Teng-Long Tsai.
Mr. Teng-Long Tsai, a distinguished alumnus of Keelung Senior High School (Junior High Class of 52, Senior High Class of 55), remained deeply connected to his alma mater throughout his life. He generously established a scholarship fund to support outstanding students and also donated over 2,000 books to the school's library, helping to foster a strong reading culture on campus. His lasting contributions were highly respected by faculty and students alike, and he remains a model alumnus remembered with great admiration.
The Ministry of Education officially approved the Silver Medal Award on March 25, 2025, with the certificate personally signed by Minister Ying-Yao Cheng. The award was publicly presented during the anniversary celebration, making it a touching and memorable moment for the school community.
